- How do I receive my download?
- Once payment has been processes, you’ll see “processing order", then the screen turns to your download page.
- Then click the download link, click save as "file name" (make sure you remember where you save the file to). You'll also receive an email with the download link
- Where can I find my order history?
- Login
- Click on your name and your order history will appear, click on the order number to view the order
- How do I contact customer service?

- How do I change or reset my password?
- Click Login – click forgot my password
- follow the instructions in the email you receive

- How do I change or update my payment?
- We do not retain payment information, just change when you check out
- What can I do with the clipart I purchase?

- What is a Laser SVG Design?
- This svg design is to be used with your glowforge or laser cutter. It can be resized to fit your needs. If one of our SVG files appears blank when opening, import it into your cutting program and you should then be able to view it. We are not sure why this happens to a few of the files!
